Our story, a journey of dreams and challenges

1995

Century was founded, driven by the CEO's forward-thinking vision to build a lighting company centered on people and the impact of light on everyday life.

2004

Century creates its first packaging with intuitive, easy-to-read icons, introducing a clear and accessible visual language that builds a direct bridge between the product and its users.

2010

Market launch of Shuttle, the first LED spotlight on the Italian market, designed to directly replace widely used halogen projectors and introduce a new, more efficient lighting standard.

2011

The company offers the widest range of CFL lamps in Europe and promotes the concept of luminous efficiency, expressed in lumens per watt, to support clear and immediate communication with users.

2012

Century enters the Austrian market, followed by expansion into the Czech Republic, Croatia, France, Ireland, Malta, Germany and Portugal.

2013

Aria by Century gains strong market recognition thanks to its excellent value for money, featuring a COB chip, a full aluminum body and enhanced heat dissipation, delivering a lumen-per-watt ratio well ahead of its time.
